The Data Analytical Services Program (DAS), formerly called the Hemisphere Project and funded through the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, is a police-state surveillance program that collects millions of phone records illegally.
The Draconian DAS system allows police and other law enforcement “personnel” at all levels, including federal, state and local, to access over a TRILLION phone records of AT&T customers, and anyone else contacting those customers via an AT&T switchboard. Here’s the scariest part.
Worse than the NSA surveillance and illegal invasion of Americans’ privacy we all know about thanks to NSA-insider and whistleblower Edward Snowden, DAS also collects location information, within one hour of a call made.
The Hemisphere program was purposely kept out of the public eye, and the records can be accessed with a simple administrative subpoena, never requiring review from a judge before issuing. More than 4 billion call data records are added to the illegal spy records daily, all accessible and equipped with Geo-time, 3D mapping and analysis tools for any kind of “investigation” law enforcement agencies decide they want to run with.
DAS also features an obscure funding mechanism that helps it evade privacy impact assessments, meaning skirting legal requirements used for nearly all other surveillance programs. Have you been talking to anyone who uses the AT&T network? Every call you make is traced, tracked, recorded, catalogued and handed over to the police-state spies for watching your every move.
Why does the US government, at all levels, spy on law-abiding American citizens daily? Is this an apparatus for disqualifying political adversaries? Is this a platform for censoring and imprisoning Conservatives who vote for Trump and talk about the Democrats fixing elections? Is this spy program set up for human trafficking operations? What ever happened to 14th amendment rights and equal protection laws for privacy?
DAS uses the “chain analysis” technique for spying, which tracks and records calls of anyone who talks to a criminal “suspect” for any reason. Talk about “gray area” for policing people. This tracking information even provides the addresses of those subscribed, and has been running for more than a decade.
Guess who helps fund this mass domestic spying platform? You guessed it, the White House and their Office of National Drug Control Policy, even though trillions of calls are recorded and catalogued that are non-drug-related. Do you live in a “high-intensity drug trafficking area?” That could be any metropolitan city in America, or anywhere else the DA, ATF, or FDA says it is. It’s that simple.
Who will be arrested for a “thought crime” next? Are you so much as THINKING about protesting the next election if the Democrats use falsified mail-in ballots (made in China) and Dominion vote-flipping machines again? Think again. The AT&T-sponsored police-state is listening to your thoughts, calls, and knows your precise location:
Of course, AT&T refuses to comment at all to anyone ever about the program. Any subpoena from anyone called an “administrator” is enough for AT&T to spy on every phone call made by anyone in a big city, talking to a possible criminal, or simply mentioning the fact that the Democrats staged January 6th, fixed the 2020 election, and helped orchestrate the largest genocidal wipeout of humans in history by pushing the COVID mRNA jabs on everyone.
