Glenn Beck blasts CLIMATISM as a MAJOR THREAT to freedom-loving people worldwide

Conservative commentator Glenn Beck believes that climatism is a major threat to all freedom-loving people across the globe.

Those obsessed with “climate change” are fascinated by a world without people, he said, adding that there are plenty of reasons to be skeptical of it. The power players behind it and the solutions they push, such as blocking the sun for two years, are becoming a serious problem.

“Climatism is a major threat to freedom-loving people all over the world because it is dogmatic and totalitarian. I thought healthy skepticism was one of the basic components of science, although that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore,” he said.

“There must be a reasonable space between climate change doomers and deniers. The fact that doomers refused to allow any room for middle ground or for healthy skepticism is a major reason to oppose their movement.”

According to Beck, there is a dark undercurrent of anti-capitalism in the climate cult. This opposition to capitalism is expressed in a lot of different ways, including the Industrial Revolution being blamed for climate change. While the climate cult considers the Industrial Revolution as a short-hand term for capitalism, undermining and destroying the latter won’t solve things.

He added that the Marxists part of the climate cult don’t seem to understand this, as their main objective is to hate America and the capitalism it purportedly stands for. Beck ultimately noted the irony that the Left’s new religion of climatism poses a far greater threat to humanity than the capitalism it opposes.

“If the Left truly cares about solving climate change, they need to understand that [the] ‘my way or the highway approach’ will not work and ends usually in death camps,” Beck said. “They will have to work with people who disagree with them instead of attacking them, and it might actually revolve around compromise. Tell each other the truth.”

White House forcing green tyranny through shifting regulations

Beck also noted how the Biden administration appears to be changing its strategy all the time through regulations, which are mostly done outside of Congress and the people’s vote. One example of this is the Department of Energy‘s proposed regulation on water heater efficiency standards.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) pushed back against the proposal in a tweet.

“Leave us alone. These products already exist in the free market,” he wrote. “Consumers should decide whether the upfront cost of a heat-pump water heater is worth the possible long-term savings. In many cases, the monthly savings never make up for the upfront cost of the equipment.”

Electric vehicles (EVs) are another example of this.

According to Beck, consumers are not embracing EVs due to multiple factors. EVs aren’t as climate friendly as the eco-warriors paint them to be, he added. The conservative commentator pointed out that if consumer choice matters, EVs would be a very niche product for at least another decade. But ultimately, Beck said the Left is interested in what works for Americans or what they can afford. This is because the climate power elites have already determined humanity’s future, which does not involve fossil fuels.
