Over the weekend, Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, spoke at the Tulsa Health & Freedom event, after which he engaged in an exclusive one-on-one conversation with the Resistance Chicks about health living, freedom issues, and his own personal faith journey.
The conference was attended by more than 4,500 people who love America and really do want to see it become great again. Both the Resistance Chicks and Adams feel the same, which is why they are fighting to protect the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and so much more.
Though he usually does not travel much, Adams agreed to speak at the Tulsa Health & Freedom event because of everything it stands for. Like the Resistance Chicks and many others who were there, Adams wants to see free speech flourish online, which is why he created Brighteon.com as an alternative to YouTube.
One of the things discussed during the interview – watch below – was how Natural News was one of the first independent media platforms to get canned from social media.
“We’re gonna sue them under Texas law,” Adams told the Resistance Chicks about what he plans to do next, thanks to recent legislative actions taken in Texas to protect online free speech.
“Lawmakers in Texas are allowing these lawsuits, and we can take it to a Texas judge and the judge can force Big Tech to reinstate all of our banned accounts.”
Another topic that came up during the conversation was Adams’ personal faith journey. Over the years, Adams has come to realize that the God of the Bible holds all things in His hands and will not extend His Grace forever.
This is why the content at Natural News shifted to include not just natural health topics but also political and religious topics. Adams now recognizes that living healthy and naturally is not possible without dependence upon God, which in turn leads to the political structure moving in a better direction.
“I came to realize that you cannot have health without freedom, and you cannot have a sustainable society without God in your life,” Adams says.
As for his own personal health, Adams explained that he still relies on a method called defensive eating that involves eating certain foods along with other foods to lessen the negative impact of chemicals and other health disruptors.
Eating a fiber-rich apple before scarfing down a plate of smoked barbecue brisket, for example, will help to minimize the damaging impact of charred carcinogens. In fact, eating fiber-rich fruit along with any meal will help to ensure that only the beneficial nutrients found in a meal are absorbed, while all of the toxins are “mopped up” and eliminated.
“Fruit fiber – that is fiber from fruit that is not processed, like an apple or a pear or an orange – fruit fiber mops up heavy metals and toxic chemicals that you eat,” Adams says.
“For every toxic food that’s out there, there’s something else you can add and eat it at the same time to protect yourself from toxic food.”
When eating sugary foods, the same method applies. To slow down the glycemic impact of the sugar, Adams suggests eating fiber-rich fruit prior to the sugary treat.
Adams talks about this subject and so many others throughout the interview. It is worth your while to check it out and hear the latest about what he is up to, and what the health freedom movement at large is doing during these difficult and strange days.
